Growx Tech-IT - Referral Program Rule Book
1. Referral Submission Requirement
- Form Submission: All affiliates must complete and submit the Growx Referral Form within 5 working days from the date the referred candidate is connected with Growx Tech-IT.
- Deadline Enforcement: Referrals submitted after the 5-day window will not be eligible for the program benefits.
2. Referral Bonus Eligibility & Payout Terms
- Base Referral Bonus: You earn $100 for each successful enrollment.
- Payment Schedule: Referral bonuses are paid after 7 days of the candidate joining and meeting minimum engagement criteria.
3. Additional Terms & Conditions
- Fraud Prevention: Any fraudulent, duplicate, or misrepresented referrals will result in removal from the program and forfeiture of earnings.
- Non-Transferable: Program benefits are tied to the individual affiliate and cannot be transferred or shared.
- Payout Disputes: All disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 working days from payout date.
- Compliance: Affiliates must not use misleading methods (false offers, misrepresentation, etc.) to acquire referrals. Violation may lead to disqualification.
